In honor of Einstein and his work on relativity, the logo for WYP 2005 is a light cone. A light cone is a visual representation of how a pulse of light evolves in space over time.
The following graphics are provided for use in any format.
We would appreciate being told if you use any of these for the
media but, otherwise, feel free to use them as you wish. The graphics

can easily be scaled and retain smooth edges. Ideal for implanting
in layout programs like quark and pagemaker.
PDF (Portable Document Format)— Portable Document Format
(PDF) PDF is a universal file format that is the most secure and
reliable for images, graphics, and layout documents, regardless
of the application and platform used to create it. Adobe® PDF
files are compact and complete, and can be shared, viewed, and
printed by anyone with free
Adobe Reader® software.
JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)—a compressed bitmapped
image format that retains good image quality and is adaptable to
many uses on the web.
GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)— Compressed onto a transparent
background--useful because they appear to blend in smoothly with
the Web page's background.
